Michael Bell, Solicitor
Michael works out of both our Maidstone and Tenterden offices and specialises in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, particularly in relation to farmers, developers and landowners. He also advises on the drawing up of wills and trusts as well as administering estates and receivership matters. Michael is also part of the firm’s specialist charities team.
Michael has always been local to Kent, living in Sevenoaks and attending Tonbridge School. He went on to gain a place at Keele University in Staffordshire studying Law combined with American Studies. He obtained a 2:1 degree with honours and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
Michael trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor into the department in 2005.
