Adrian Robbins, Partner
Adrian joined Whitehead Monckton in 1989, becoming a partner the following year. He specialises in advising on commercial contracts and commercial disputes, and is Head of Dispute Resolution and of Investment Management.
Adrian advises clients in relation to a wide range of commercial agreements, from agency and franchising to large scale construction contracts. He also advises clients in relation to commercial disputes involving both court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
Adrian completed his studies for B. Juris, LL. B (Hons) and LL..M degrees in Australia and Diploma of European Law at Kings College, London. He completed his training contract in Oxford, and is qualified to practice law in both England and Australia. For a number of years he was Visiting Lecturer in contract law at the University of Lille, France
Adrian has lived in Kent for 20 years and in his spare time enjoys travel, wine and the theatre.
