Neil Emery, Solicitor
Neil joined Whitehead Monckton in 2009 and specialises in employment law. His experience covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment work. Before joining Whitehead Monckton, Neil spent several years at a City law firm.
He was born in Kent and has lived here for most of his life, apart from years spent studying at Southampton University, where he read English, and several years working for a large regional law firm in Hampshire, where he qualified in 2004, having completing post-graduate diplomas in law and legal practice at the College of Law in London.
Neil is a keen mountain walker, photographer and filmmaker, and in the past few years has climbed Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Toubkal in Morocco, and completed the Tour du Mont Blanc (a 105 mile circuit of Mont Blanc, through France, Switzerland and Italy).
