Janet Goode, Partner
Janet joined Whitehead Monckton in 1992 and became a partner in 1996. She is Head of Commercial Department and specialises in company and banking law, advising on company and business acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and corporate refinancing. Janet's clients range from banks and industrial companies to professional partnerships and family run businesses.
Janet joined Whitehead Monckton from City firm Clifford Chance and is an Associate of King's College.
In 1997, Janet qualified as a Notary Public, advising and assisting our clients with cross-border documentation and is chair of the Mid Kent Young Enterprise Board.
Janet has lived in Kent since 1990 and has a keen interest in photography.
