Kerin Speedie, Partner
Kerin is a partner in Whitehead Monckton’s Tax & Estate Planning Department and specialises in tax planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. Kerin heads up the Charity & Social Enterprise team at Whitehead Monckton and deals with charity governance. She also leads the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.
She gained an honours degree in European law and languages, going on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice. Having spent a year as a paralegal with a firm of London solicitors, Kerin joined Whitehead Monckton as a trainee solicitor in 1996, qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and became a partner in 2003.
Kerin is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Charity Law Association.
