Richard Stogdon, Consultant
Richard Stogdon graduated in law at Aberdeen University, and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Scotland. He has focused on capital taxation and succession planning, principally relating to farming/sporting estates.
Richard has continued to specialise in inheritance tax & succession planning through the use of wills & trusts at Whitehead Monckton, with a particular interest in the agricultural/horticultural sectors. He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and has contributed articles on capital taxation topics to farming periodicals.
Richard retains his links with Scotland as a director of companies based there besides being a commercial grower of top fruit on the Kent/Sussex border. He is a director of a horticultural producer organisation and a committee member of the British Independent Fruit Growers Association.
