Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused IT Support Assistant to join our small IT team. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, delivering technical support and troubleshooting across a range of systems — with a strong emphasis on Microsoft products and bespoke legal industry software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues e.g. related to Office 365, Windows Server 2022/2019, Acronis, Windows 11, printers, software, and basic hardware.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Following best practices for incident, request, and problem management.
  • Travel to other offices will be required occasionally.

 

We work with a range of technologies, so the work is often varied and sometimes challenging. Equally, it will allow you to expand and develop your practical IT knowledge while working collaboratively with a motivated and friendly team. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and a friendly and concise approach.
