Following their landslide election victory, the new Labour Government have continued to emphasise their commitment towards an overhaul of employment laws and workers’ rights which point towards the biggest changes in this area for 30 years. 75 days on from the election we take the opportunity to consider the proposed changes, the progress that has been made towards their implementation and what steps employers can be taking now to prepare for their implementation.
