Meet the Speakers

Tom Elstone

Solicitor

Tom studied History at Exeter University before converting to Law at Cardiff University and BPP University.

He joined Whitehead Monckton as a Trainee Solicitor in 2022 and qualified in 2024.

Tom advises clients on a range of litigation matters, focusing on cost-effective and strategic dispute resolution.

Samuel Mulligan

Senior Solicitor

Sam gained his Law degree at the University of Kent and completed the Legal Practice Course at the
University of Law in London.

He trained and practised in London before joining Whitehead Monckton in 2018.

Sam works across civil and property disputes, including:

  • Possession claims
  • Lease extensions
  • Rent arrears and forfeiture
  • Dilapidations
  • Rights of way and boundary issues
