I studied at College of Law in London, where I completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice. After qualifying I trained and worked in the City and in Central London law firms for some years before joining Whitehead Monkton in 2017.

What my clients say:
“Your help and support made that journey all the more comfortable for us. Looking back the process seems to have been problem free, that's in no small part down to your help and skill. We are so pleased that you acted for us and should the need arise we will seek to use your services again.”
“A very big thank you for the professional service you and your secretary Misty have provided. I would not hesitate to use you again should the need arise and would also highly recommend your professional diligence and services to family and friends.”
"We highly recommend Diane Weinstock as conveyancer. She has provided us with outstanding assistance in the sale of our London flat. Diane has impressed us at every step of the process with her commanding knowledge of the law, her enormous experience, her clear and farsighted advice, the speed of her replies, and her support when we had to make difficult decisions. She exactly knows when to meet a buyer's additional request and when to draw a line and to ask the buyer to take a decision and is clearly the solicitor that you want to stand by your side when selling what for most of us is the most valuable asset we have"
"I would like to thank you for all your efforts in dealing with a process that I was expecting to be straightforward. Your professionalism in dealing with all the issues has been, in my opinion outstanding, please accept my personal thanks."
When out of the office:
Before becoming a lawyer I was a lecturer in architectural history and theory. Today I still have a strong interest in all kinds of architecture. I enjoy travel, reading and beach walking.
