I attended secondary school in France which led to me becoming bilingual. I returned to England and graduated with a LLB (hons) degree from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2014. I studied the Legal Practice Course and Masters of Laws at the University of Law, Guildford for which I was awarded a Distinction in 2016.
I joined Whitehead Monckton in September 2016 as a Trainee Solicitor and upon successful completion of my training I qualified as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department in September 2018. I am currently based in the Maidstone office but also regularly attend our other offices in Tenterden, Canterbury and Canary Wharf.
Emma is currently studying to become an associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS)
I have expertise in:
What my clients say:
"We would like to thank you for all the help and understanding you have shown to us during this difficult time."
"I'd just like to say that you have taken a huge weight off our minds. Although we don't know how this will pan out and weather they will pursue things further, it has really helped knowing that we have proper representation."
"Thank you again for your advice and assistance in bringing this matter to a close. I really appreciated your support and clear communication throughout."
“I would like you to pass on my thanks for the way that Emma dealt with my issue, very professional, clear and efficient. A credit to your business".
When out of the office:
I enjoy spending my spare time horse riding, gardening, reading and going on long walks in the countryside with my dog.
