Gabriela Alexandru

I read Law at Oxford Brookes University before completing my Legal Practice Course at BPP London and qualifying as a solicitor in 2021. I joined the Corporate and Commercial team at Whitehead Monckton in 2025.

My experience is in both transactional and non-transactional work, including but not limited to:

• Sale and purchase of businesses, both asset and share focused.
• Franchise agreements.
• Articles of Association, including management companies.
• Shareholder Agreements.
• Terms of business for a wide range of clients, including specialised practice areas and international involvement.

The most common feedback I have received revolves around clients feeling heard and understood, a willingness to go above and beyond to find solutions to any problems which may crop up, and approachability. My goal is to assist my clients and find the best way to accommodate their needs in an efficient, reasonable way.

I enjoy reading as much as time allows, learning new languages, spending time with my pets and family, both found and own.
