I completed a LLB Degree in Law at the University of Kent followed by the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. I then trained and worked in London before joining Whitehead Monckton in 2019.
I am a qualified solicitor, with 8 years post qualification, specialising in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law; with a particular interest in discrimination and harassment law. I am also a CIPD qualified Human Resources practitioner.
Having acted for many small and medium businesses as well as employees, I am committed to early, cost effective resolution of disputes and the vast majority of my Claimant cases settle early for substantial sums.
When necessary I am a tough litigator fighting hard for clients to get the best outcome. I focus on demystifying the Tribunal processes and procedures with clear and pragmatic advice in order to assist my client to identify and ultimately achieve their desired objective.
