In 2011 I moved to Kent from sunny Manchester to undertake my Law degree at the University of Kent, I graduated in 2014. Following this I studied the Legal Practice Course part time at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in 2016. Then in June 2017 I was lucky enough to be offered my training contract which I started the following September in Whitehead Monckton’s old King Street Office, Maidstone. I am currently based in the Family Department in the new Maidstone Office at Eclipse Park.
In March 2019 I was appointed as Secretary for the Kent Junior Lawyers Division Committee and in December 2017 I became a Dementia Friend.
When out of the office:
I am usually found obeying the demands of my two cats Finn and Rey (yes I am a bit of a nerd!) but once they are bored of me I am often found socialising with friends, attending sports events like Scotland rugby union matches (yes, we usually lose) and attending a variety of music and theatre events. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book and of course travelling – who doesn’t!
