I have been in the legal business for over thirty five years and always within the Canterbury City Walls for local firms. I have lived in Canterbury all my life, having purchased my own first home in the early 1980’s for £23,000. Both the City and conveyancing have changed, evolved and grown, but it has been interesting moving with it and the times which when you live somewhere and do a job that you love is not a hardship!
I specialise in residential property transactions to include both sales and purchases of freehold or leasehold property to include, new build, help to buy and shared ownership.
Alongside dealing with sales and purchases for developers, to include setting up developments, managed areas, planning and other aspects as the estate requires.
In addition I advise on Wayleave Agreements, Easements, build over agreements, boundary positions, transfers of titles and remortgages.
What my Clients say:
“Susan Wickenden has been most pleasant to deal with, very friendly and efficient and I have been very pleased with the service she has offered.”
When Out of the office:
During my down time I like nothing more than spending it with my family and friends. I keep chickens and am an animal lover. I am an avid reader and walker and like to run, along with enjoying our local theatres and fitness centres.
