Lawyer (NQ – 3 PQE) – Commercial Property

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in an ambitious and rapidly expanding Kent based firm. With three offices in Kent and one in London and a commitment and desire to grow, this is a chance not to miss.

 

Based in our growing Canterbury office we are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to work within our established and successful property team. You will primarily be dealing with a mixed caseload of a) commercial landlord and tenant; b) property development for landowners and developers; and c) real estate finance.

 

You will need to have previous experience of commercial property transactions and have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and client care skills are a must.

Solicitor/Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Property

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Specialist who is looking for their next role to join a friendly and dynamic team. Float Legal Secretary

We are looking for a float legal secretary to join our team as soon as possible. This position will involve travel to our offices in Maidstone, Canterbury and Tenterden it is therefore essential that the successful candidate holds a full driving license and is flexible with regard to the office they are based at.

 

This role would suit an experienced legal secretary who is skilled in various legal secretarial fields and enjoys the variety of working in different offices and practice areas. The areas this role supports can change on a daily basis so this position is both challenging yet exciting.

 

Our offices are extremely busy so the ability to successfully support fee earners in their daily work is essential.  Whoever joins us will be excellent at prioritising and organising work, be adaptable to meet the needs of the team and also work within strict timeframes to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client. You may also be required to cover reception and assist with office administration including post room duties.

 

Our teams use a case management system as part of their daily work so it is vital that everyone has great IT skills.  Previous case management experience is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice.
