Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised on the acquisition of a national accountancy franchise, AIMS Partnership Limited.
AIMS is an accounting business with over 150 accountants specialising in assisting SME’s with their business accounts. AIMS has been providing a full suite of accountancy services to a wide array of clients for almost 30 years and now enters an exciting new era having been acquired by an existing franchisee of the business.
AIMS Accountants, Gary and Alison Robinson, have run their accounting business as a franchise of AIMS serving clients across Mid and East Kent for 18 years and have now acquired the entire issued share capital in the franchise. They look to build on the successes of AIMS and be the primary choice for accountants looking to operate under a franchise model and SME clients alike.
Whitehead Monckton’s team was led by Head of Corporate, Daniel Tozer, and supported by Suzan Petrosian and Jess Elphick.
