Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised the shareholders, Matthew and Michelle Boast, in the sale of Broadleaf Tree Surgeons Ltd.
Broadleaf is a tree service company founded by Matthew Boast in 2004 and services private and commercial work for county councils and large organisations across the South East of England.
Broadleaf was acquired by Cornerstone Inventure Ltd who are looking to continue to uphold the high level of service provided to its clients and continue the company’s growth trajectory.
Whitehead Monckton’s team was led by Head of Corporate, Daniel Tozer, who was supported by Suzan Petrosian. Speaking of the transaction, Daniel said, “We are delighted to have assisted Matt and his wife, Michelle, in the sale of the business and to see them realise many years’ hard work and dedication.
