Profile

I am an associate solicitor in the corporate team, with more than 25 years’ experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters and a particular focus on share and business acquisitions and disposals.

My clients range from owner managed businesses to large corporations operating in a variety of sectors, as well as entrepreneurs, banks and public authorities. I enjoy taking a commercial and constructive approach to getting deals done, ensuring always the best deal is delivered for the client in a cost effective way within the appropriate timescale.

I am an Independent Critical Incident Advisor for Kent Police.

When out of the office:

I enjoy travelling and take any opportunity to go kayaking and snorkelling when in warmer climes, particularly in Israel when visiting family and friends.
