After studying law at the University of Leicester, followed by a post-graduate degree in commercial law at Cambridge University, I worked in private practice in the City of London where I specialised in banking and capital markets law.
I also qualified to practice as a solicitor in Australia and worked at Australian national firm Clayton Utz, where I focused mostly on banking law.
Since 2003 when I joined Whitehead Monckton’s corporate law team, I have specialised in corporate transactions and all other aspects of company and commercial law.
