Profile

After studying law at King’s College, London, I worked in the Company department of Clifford Chance, joining Whitehead Monckton in 1993. I became a partner in 1996 and a Notary in 1997. I became a Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in 2014.

I am the Chair of the Kent and East Sussex Notaries Group.

I have expertise in:

All aspects of corporate and business law from corporate reorganisations and financing to shareholders’ agreements.
Notarial work
Specialist in partnership law and rural partnerships

When out of the office:

I enjoy getting involved in village events and I am training to be an archivist with our local history group.
