LPA – Case Study
Mrs Smith is widowed with two adult children, William and Claire.
I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 2020, having notably obtained Distinction in both of my Private Client modules. I joined Whitehead Monckton in July 2016, and had gained four years’ Private Client experience in the Tax and Estate Planning department with Whitehead Monckton before qualifying.
Prior to joining Whitehead Monckton, I gained two years’ experience as a Paralegal for a separate local firm of Solicitors working in their Dispute Resolution and Family departments.
I now work in all areas of Tax and Estate Planning, including Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Declarations of Trust and Tax planning for individuals.
I additionally specialise in Private Client disputes dealing with:-
My expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work enables me to be best placed to advise clients in a proactive manner, whether that be on the tax implications of settling a dispute with later generations in mind, or advising a client making a Will on the best steps that could be taken to avoid or mitigate any potential claim/dispute on their death.
When out of the office:
I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping fit. I recently hung up my boots playing football but still enjoy getting down the gym in the morning before work. I am also a lifelong Arsenal fan and enjoy following them home and away.
What my clients say:
