I chose to combine both an academic and vocational approach towards my career and whilst working for a local firm of solicitors gained practical experience across a broad range of issues within my chosen field. I qualified as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997 and joined Whitehead Monckton the same year.
I became a Fellow of the Institute in 1999 and proudly became the first Legal Executive Partner of the firm in April 2011. I became an Associate Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in April 2014 and Director in January 2016.
I specialise in:
I am a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
What my clients say:
"We would like to testify that we have had excellent and prompt service from our lawyer, Mr Garry Warman at Whitehead Monckton. He managed the arrangement of Powers of Attoreny and our Wills with the greatest consideration, and care."
"I would like to thank you and the other partners (past and present) who have done such an excellent job managing this trust over the years".
"With many thanks for your efficient administration of the estate".
"We wish to thank Whitehead Monckton for the exemplary service we received from your Company. Garry Warman updated our Wills with great skill, leading us through the legal jargon patiently. Garry Warman is a credit to your Company and we would certainly recommend Whitehead Monckton, without hesitation, for excellent service."
"This whole situation was a shock and, due to the logistics of it, a nightmare for us to deal with. Having had just that one initial meeting with Garry, he took absolutely everything on board and led us through every step of the
way, superbly. We owe him and his team (including Katie, his Secretary) a deep debt of gratitude and would not hesitate to (a) use the firm again and (b) recommend others to do the same. Simply, they made our journey a pleasant one"
"I would like to place on record my appreciation of the excellent way your firm dealt with the Application for Grant of Probate on my late wife's estate. All procedures and points arising were thoroughly explained at the time and the work was completed expertly, quickly and at a reasonable cost.”
"I was completely satisfied with advice and help given and the friendly and courteous attitude of all members of staff and Mr. Warman"
When out of the office:
I enjoy spending time with my wife, son and two daughters, going from a busy work life to busy but rewarding home life.
When I do have spare time, I enjoy the highs and lows of playing the frustrating game of golf and socialising with friends.
