What my clients say:
"Fantastic educational appeal counsel and sterr from specialist lawyer Graham Jones resulted in winning the case for our son's admission into the 6th Form, back at his original secondary grammar school in Kent. Without his expert intervention our case would not have been as robust. We cannot sing his praises enough. We now have a happy son back where he wanted to be for A level. Eternal gratitude to you and your team at Whitehead Monckton"
"Efficient, effective and high quality".
"Your hard work and determined efforts were much appreciated, we got there in the end".
"I just wanted to say thank you again for all your help and support in resolving my matrimonial affairs. You provided a professional service and were approachable throughout. You kept me well informed and gave clear and helpful advice making a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending you to others".
"Can I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for providing a top quality service for both Anne and I, showing care on what can be a difficult matter, combined with the utmost efficiency".
"I would like to thank you for handling my divorce with speed and professional honesty and for being frank with me, which was needed to ensure a correct mind set and settlement".
"I would just like to say a big thank you for all your hard work (second time around) and for getting me the little extra. As usual you stayed calm and got it sorted. I am sure this will be an end to the matter and thank you once again. My warmest regards to your family and to the other members of your staff who helped to bridge the huge gap between us whilst keeping me abreast of these protracted proceedings".
“When looking for a solicitor, I recalled a friend being happy with Whitehead Monckton. I could not have wished for a better service. Not only did my solicitor guide me through the legalities of divorce, but also provided help and guidance through what became an emotional rollercoaster. All staff were helpful, professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I have continued to use Whitehead Monckton ever since.”
“I just wanted to say thanks for all your guidance, help and direction over the last 22 months. It has been a truly frustrating and stressful experience for me and I know annoying at times for you given the behaviour of the Applicant and her representative and perhaps occasionally my own behaviour Re my business approach (although even you must concede it was effective at times – particularly during the FDR negotiations!). I wanted to highlight your particular strength in being fair and reasonable throughout the process and also for your ability to remain calm when the discussions became heated and difficult. I could not have got through this without you and I shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending you should some other poor friend need to endure the same journey/ experience. My faith in solicitors and indeed Judge’s remains intact but personally I do hope that I never need your services again!”
When out of the office:
I sing in Ashford Rock Choir, play golf very badly and pretend I can run trying to keep up with my sons!

I wish to thank you all for everything you have done and for going above and beyond the call of duty. Little things, such as a reassuring word or a quick phone call preempting written correspondence, made a real difference in stressful situations that I never thought that I would be in.
