I support the Tax and Estate team and can assist with:
• Succession planning for your equine business
• Wills and inheritance tax planning
• Probate and administration of estates (which can be lengthy in cases involving land and animals)
I come from an equine and farming background so it was inevitable that horses were always going to be in my life and why I am part of the Equine law team. I regularly compete on my horse called Pip, who I have owned for 11 years, and represents the Maidstone & District Riding Club in all disciplines.
