Petra joined the firm’s employment team in 2021.
Petra is an experienced employment lawyer committed to giving her clients practical, commercial advice in plain English.
She enjoys all aspects of employment law, advising employers and workers to achieve the best outcomes to the challenges of the workplace. Her day-to-day workload includes: advising on disciplinary and grievance matters; advising on redundancy procedures; drafting contracts of employment and handbooks; advising on the impact of TUPE to both commercial and property deals and drafting appropriate warranties and indemnities to protect her clients; and advising on Settlement Agreements (for both employers and employees).
Petra read law at the University of Birmingham and took the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. She qualified as a solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna in London where she specialised in employment law for eight years. Petra then moved to Cripps in Tunbridge Wells as the employment professional support lawyer.

When out of the office:
I am a keen gardener and cook. I volunteer with the Chalkdown Riding for the Disabled group and read with children at my local primary school.
