I started working at Whitehead Monckton's Tenterden office in 2011 for the Tax and Estate Planning Department. I have always been interested in the Law and keen to learn so I was excited when Whitehead Monckton gave me the opportunity to become a Trainee Legal Executive in March 2015 meaning I could combine my academic studies whilst learning practical skills and progressing my career. I am now very pleased to have completed my academic studies and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institue of Legal Executives.

What my clients say:
"We had a really good experience with Kirsty and Jessica - both professional, friendly and efficient."
"I came across your company as an attorney for my cousins Powers of Attorney and dealt with Kirsty Thistle. I was most impressed with her professionalism and patience when dealing with my 86 year old cousin who is in poor health. Therefore when my wife and I decided to change our wills we had no hesitation in contacting your company, and were pleased that Kirsty carried out our work."
"I just wanted to express my thanks again for the courteous, helpful and professional way you have dealt with me. I hope you are enjoying Tenterden."
"We thought that you may like to have some positive feedback on the work that Richard Hearne and his team (Kirsty Thistle and Jess Hawkes) have carried out for us. This involved probate for 3 of our parents, all of which have recently been successfully completed. Richard, Kirsty and Jess provided a high quality professional service and were very pleasant to deal with and accessible. All three probates involved certain difficulties which they were very adept in handling. We are happy to say that Richard, Kirsty and Jess are a credit to Whitehead Monckton and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others."
When out of the office:
My favourite thing to do is to travel and explore new places, trying out the local cuisine. Now that all my spare time isn't taken up studying for my next exam I am focusing all my energy on renovating my first house.
