Covid- 19: we are still with you every step of the way
In these unprecedented times that we are living through, people turn to the news for up to date information with a decree of hope that the position is slowly getting back to a state of normality. However, when there is a crisis, it is human nature to start considering our own mortality and the “what if” scenario.
Our clients turn to us as their advisers to assist them at these difficult times with a desire to ensure that their affairs are in order and that their loved ones are protected. It is of the utmost importance that the right decisions are made when writing your Will and sound practical advice is essential. We are able to assist both new and existing clients with enquiries relating to Wills, Lasting and General Powers of Attorney as well as advise in these difficult times if a family member or friend has unfortunately died.
We are still here for you. Our offices in Canary Wharf, Canterbury, Maidstone and Tenterden are being manged so that business continues as normally as possible whilst adhering to the social distancing arrangements. The majority of our staff are working remotely with the ability to progress ongoing matters as well as take on new cases. Whilst face to face meetings are currently not possible, all our fee-earners are able to take instructions via video conferencing facilities or progress cases as usual by telephone or e-mail.
If we can be of help to you, please call our main switchboard 01622 698000 to be put through to one of our lawyers to discuss how we can help or visit our website www.whitehead-monckton.co.uk for further information.
