The firm has enforced an Equality & Diversity Policy and also an Anti-Bribery Policy. If you would like a copy of either of these, please contact us.

Personal relationships

Our successful development is a result of our emphasis on personal contact and listening to our clients. In this way we are able to respond to the individual needs of all our clients.

Our local knowledge

We have served companies and individuals in Kent for over 230 years. Our local knowledge enables us to introduce clients to business opportunities and commercial relationships in the county. We are uniquely placed in our knowledge of the area and the opportunities that Kent offers and we can assist those organisations moving into the area by introducing them to social, business and professional communities.

Our people

We are of a sufficient size to be able to provide the people and resources when they are needed for companies that have an immediate need, in-house legal teams that need extra resources or individual clients.

Accreditations

Whitehead Monckton is ranked in both the latest editions of Chambers and Legal 500.

A number of the Tax and Estate planning team are members of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

All our family team lawyers are member of Resolution, and committed to constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.

Testimonials

"When I embarked on the project of sorting out my will and the other matters, I did not really expect the process to be so positive, so I have to thank you for the fact that everything was so straightforward and indeed rather enjoyable. It is a relief not to have to worry about such things any more."
