Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised the senior management team of HRSRail Limited on a management buyout (MBO).
HRSRail is an independent building and civil contractor operating throughout the South East of England. HRSRail was founded in 2015 by Lance McKay and the management team, Ashley and Jake Noonan, have been involved in the business since its inception. Lance had recently stepped back from the business in order to pursue other business interests and the management team are looking forward to continuing to build on his previous success.
Whitehead Monckton’s team was led by Head of Corporate, Daniel Tozer, who was supported by team members Haggai Peri & Suzan Petrosian and commercial property lawyer, Ben Gallafant.
Speaking of the transaction, Daniel said, “We are delighted to have assisted Ashley and Jake on the MBO and look forward to supporting the business as it continues on its growth trajectory.
